Hey,
I’m going to be honest with you.
The Hustle Stack was starting to feel… flat.
Not bad.
Not broken.
Just predictable.
Curated plays. Trend breakdowns. “Top 5” lists. Tactical hustle advice.
It worked for a while.
But over time, something felt off.
The format started to feel mechanical. Like I was maintaining a machine instead of writing something that actually mattered. And when something stops feeling meaningful to the person creating it, readers feel that too.
Open rates were okay. Feedback was fine.
But “fine” isn’t why I started this.
So instead of slowly letting this newsletter fade into irrelevance…
I’m changing it.
The Hustle Stack is becoming my personal newsletter.
Not a brand.
Not a content system.
Not a template.
Just me — writing about what actually matters now. For real people who are trying to achieve great things.
From here on out, you’ll get:
Clarity in business and life
Focus in a distracted world
Sustainable growth without burnout
Real lessons from building, burning out, recalibrating, and rebuilding
If you’ve followed my journey, you’ve seen the ups and downs — launches, exits, pivots, experiments, momentum, exhaustion. I’ve chased growth aggressively. I’ve hit burnout hard. And I’ve had to rebuild with better systems.
That’s what this next chapter is about.
Ambition — without self-destruction.
Growth — without chaos.
Progress — without constant adrenaline.
This feels like the most practical step and the best way to truly serve you. Not more noise. Not more “hacks.” But perspective that compounds. Hacks are great, but it’s true work on the mindset that really moves the needle.
You can see the direction here:

That page reflects exactly where this is going.
If you’re building something meaningful — and you want to win long term, not just sprint for six months — you’ll like what’s coming.
If you signed up purely for hustle tactics and curated side projects, I completely understand if this isn’t for you anymore. Feel free to unsubscribe after my first new-style newsletter next week — no hard feelings at all.
But if you stay…
This will be sharper.
More honest.
More intentional.
And far more aligned.
If you have any thoughts on this shift, I’d genuinely love to hear from you — just reply to this email.
Let’s build properly.
– Mat
